Red Nose Graphics and Web Design, the design and development process
of a web site generally follows these steps:
START - by contacting us either by telephone, e-mail,
or by submitting the information request form
available on our "contact us" page.
CONSULTATION / RESEARCH
- meet with you to discuss your needs in detail
- review and gather existing materials, literature, information
about your company, and define long-term objectives
- get to know you, your company, and create a preliminary profile
- we will research demographics, target audience, and look at what
your competitors are doing
PLANNING & STRATEGY
- define your site architecture
- agree on scope of project (determine number of web pages, graphics,
and other services you may need)
PROPOSAL
- to define in detail the web site requirements established in our
consultation and research.
- The proposal will contain web site outline, the scheduled completion
date and all costs (no hidden charges - no surprises).
- Now would be a good time to decide on a domain
name (we'll help you do that and register it for you, if you
wish.)
SITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
- create your overall design and develop the web site including
structure, web page layout, content, graphics, links, special "meta
tags"
- decide on valuable key words to optimize your site for search
engine placement
WATCH YOUR WEB SITE EVOLVE
- You will be able to see the progress of your web site as it is
developed.
We realize that some changes are often necessary during the initial
design stages. We're FLEXIBLE! Usually, we can accommodate these
changes without affecting the original cost. If changes occur that
will significantly affect the scope of the proposal, we will bring
them to your attention for approval before any additional charges
are applied.
YOUR SATISFACTION
- We will test the site carefully to ensure that all links are working
properly, and all graphics are loading and visible.
- When you are completely satisfied with the web site and we have
your final approval, we will upload the site to the host server.

- We will submit your site to the most popular free search engines.
STICKING BY YOU
- We'll stick by you when your site is done. We want you to be satisfied.
- If there is an error or something we missed, we'll fix it for
no charge for up to 30 days.
MAINTAIN YOUR WEB SITE (optional)
- A web site should be maintained to remain fresh and up-to-date
to keep your clients coming back. However, not all sites require
it. Should you choose to have your site maintained, Red Nose Graphics
and Web Design offers several Web Site Maintenance
plans that you may choose from to fit your needs.
